David struggles to engage with others and does not participate in so many of the learning activities his peers do with ease. David has never made eye contact with me. It breaks my heart- I know there has to be a key to unlocking that door. If I would receive the book, I would give to his parents. Regardless, I will share information on the book with all of his teachers.Mrs. K.https://www.blogger.com/profile/00277318649887374855noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-29262515478447144.post-19320763022515610372009-12-17T23:39:18.113-06:002009-12-17T23:39:18.113-06:00Count me in too! Although I have never had to experience a lack of communication with my son, there are definitely challenges. We are going through a rough year. The program he takes part in through school has had to relocate to a different middle school. Change. And he will go to High School next fall. Change again. He is truly struggling with how to cope. I would hope this book might help us, as a family, relate more to his world. Thanks for the offer.jennbaileyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12984596786467447031noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-29262515478447144.post-84492315172662151052009-12-14T18:44:14.583-06:002009-12-14T18:44:14.583-06:00This comment has been removed by the author.Doug Sparlinghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10217915963486446068noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-29262515478447144.post-5544162068057971392009-12-14T18:44:13.804-06:002009-12-14T18:44:13.804-06:00I'd love to read the book.
